We are recruiting a Project Delivery Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO) Group.  As an experienced hire, the right candidate will be a/have:

    • Significant experience and/or qualification in Project Management - essential
    • Graduate of a Scientific or Engineering subject, or Quality Management, Regulatory Affairs, etc. - essential
    • Experience of working in a GMP/GLP regulated analytical laboratory or GMP / ISO 13485 manufacturing facility in a technical, regulatory or quality role - essential
    • Knowledge of medicinal product or medical device manufacturing and validation - advantageous
    • Knowledge of nicotine containing products, TPD, PMTA, e-Liquids and e-Cigarettes - advantageous
    • Knowledge of Marketing Authorisation or CE Marking - advantageous
    • Willingness to travel
    • Committed to delivering to deadlines
    • Strong communicator with confident verbal reasoning skills

The Project Delivery Manager is a key leadership role within the Project Management Office (PMO) Group at Broughton, working on varied and complex projects within both the pharmaceutical and nicotine industries.  In this role, you will regularly collaborate with a wide range of industry-leading companies from around the world.  You will understand your client's requirements, the challenges they encounter, and the benefits they look to achieve.  Clients will appreciate your leadership and collaborative working style and recognise the value of your project management expertise through on-time and effective delivery.

Typical Activities

The typical activities executed by a successful Project Delivery Manager are:

    • To manage client-facing, multi-disciplined projects, to time and budget
    • Meet client expectations; pre-empt situations and plan solutions before issues arise
    • Liaise with client, client representatives, suppliers and contractors or partners and other parties involved in the project
    • Keep a detailed project plan, up to date
    • Provide appropriate communications and meetings as required by the project schedule or client
